Casa Sauna started with Tati's own run through healing: the heat, the cold, the breath, and the people who showed up next to her.
We built it so that experience is easy to get to. Not squeezed into the corner of a gym, not sold to you with five upsells. Wellness is for everyone, and it starts with connection.

Not just a sauna
A guided

Most saunas give you a timer and a bench. We bring the scents, the music and, if you want one, a sauna master running every round. That is the difference between an amenity and an actual event.

A large round cold plunge tub brought to your spot. Each plunge fits up to 8 people for a full contrast reset.

Hot and cold together, which is how most people want it. The full sauna plus two 8-person plunge tubs.
Corporate Wellness

Five hours for your team at the office, a retreat house or an offsite venue. Up to 30 guests.
Wellness Retreat

Built for retreats, yoga weekends and breathwork days where we are part of the schedule.
Public Events
$50 per person
Ticketed sessions for run clubs, athletic groups and community events. We handle check-in and flow.
Every rental covers a 3-hour session unless noted. Extra hours, add-ons and travel outside Central Florida get quoted on your call.

Request your date
Send your date, location and headcount. We confirm availability within 24 hours.

Onboarding call
A 15-minute call to plan the flow: rounds, music, aromas, add-ons and timing.

Reserve
A deposit locks your date on the calendar and we send the waivers over.

We set it all up
Our crew arrives early, runs the session with you and packs everything out.

Casa Sauna is more than a rental. We are creating a space where people show up for themselves and for each other. Heat, cold, breath and music are the tools. Connection is the point.
We show up at run clubs, markets, festivals, gyms and corporate offices because wellness should not be locked behind a membership or a spa menu. It should be something you can access, feel and share.
